3Ds Max Error Code 126

Hello,

i couldnt start 3d max becaus of some of these error messages,
does anyone could help me?

i figured out that those "missing files" are in the exact same folder
as the Error Message told me that it is not.

I couldnt find any solution so far :(

please help
