Nvidia GL Bug Fix

I hope I don't get dinged for this, But I do feel its CG related...

I was having the worst time with my 9800 GTX on win7 64 bit,

"The NVIDIA OpenGL driver lost connection with the display driver due to exceeding the Windows Time-Out limit and is unable to continue"

It would Crash Sculptris on start, and Zbrush after very little work, as well as many games that use Open GL.

This appears to be a very common problem, effecting many card models, as well as ATI... I do not know about the ATI fix...

But after crawling thread after thread , same answers and no answers, I stumbled upon Nvidia Sytem Tools...

Which should be included in the Forceware but is not.

I simply turned My clocks down, I also set it to keep the Fan at 80% if the temp was 0 degrees , and to load at start up. Once you install it you will find it in Nvidia control panel under >performance , Set your device settings, then set up you profile preferences.

This fixed my problem 100% !

You may have to experiment, a few different setting gave me same problem but different error codes.
Original was 8 , then started getting 2 and 7.
I just lowed them all 100 mhz.

Hope this saves some one the months of grief I suffered!
