licennse check failed error 20 3ds Max

hi,

i had some problems with my firewall and apparently 3ds called home,

now i can't get into either my 2014 or 2012 max

"The Software License Check Out Failed. Error 20"

This happened once before for a reason i forgot and had to reinstall.


Is there another way around this>? Thanks
