Edius 6.06 upgrade help

I found this file on Edius FTP site a few weeks ago:

EDIUS6UPD_v606.zip, 371,993,323 bytes

How can I upgrade to this? I have Edius v6.02 with serial key, cracked .ExE
Never upgraded to Edius 6.03 or anything later.
