SLR Lounge: Lightroom Workshop + Processing v5?

has anybody seen the SLR Lounges Workshops on Lightroom v5? These two:
- Lightroom Organization and Workflow Workshop v5 - - Lightroom Image Processing Mastery Workshop v5 - Are they any good? Is there anything new in case one watched thier other workshops on Lightroom already?
