Trouble with zBrush

I'm looking for any advice here; got zbrush 4R6 installed a couple days ago, install went fine but every time I try opening it (it's never actually opened) it crashes instantly. My cursor turns into a floppy disk looking icon my screen goes black to white (the app) to zbrush being unresponsive leaving me with no option but to close it.

My PC Specs meet the recommended specifications, Max and C4D run just fine among other applications I just don't know whats up, any help would be appreciated. I guess I'll just stick with Cinema 4D sculpting for now...
