Do re mi monster model rigged

I'm requesting a character to be modeled of which It never existed on 3d before, but the puppet of course existed until the 2000s which is Do-re-mi-monster for the 2 sketches with Milton in Muppet Time that was formerly Tug Monster for Little Muppet Monsters. For some reason, I wanted the character to be modeled and textured in 3ds max in the following formats:

3ds
obj
fbx
dae (autodesk collada)
max

The monster debuted in 1985 as Tug Monster, then they modified him into Do-Re-Mi-Monster in 1994 of which has the spots on it's body and face including the legs, arms and more and new eyelids which are wider than the old character had, but with orange hair and the big magenta eyebrows added.

The monster looks like this in question of the monster I want made in 3ds max:

In these cases, the color on the YouTube video I have right now does not have very good color because it was captured by camera. You may have to watch the video to figure out how many spots were placed on the character's body and it's placements so that you can add them to the character. I've added the old tug monster character so that the legs and other parts can be modeled on the character as the model is being processed. I would also like the model to be in high poly and the textures rendered using "Render to texture".

Please be sure to show the renderings of "Do-Re-Mi-Monster" so that I can have a clue what the model looks like you've made as you publish the files either in a zip or rar format in Mega.co.nz or mediafire so that I can use the model including for mods for their games like Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Thanks in advance.
