Relinking Bitmaps

Hi all.. I'm working in a studio with people that don't think textures in 3D max files are important. All the jobs I am working on have many missing files and it's pissing me off having to look through computers to be able to crack on with my work. Is there anything available for max that can resolve this issue? I don't even mind paying a small amount for the program. I have tried a few free scripts but they seem more problematic.
I'd ideally just like a push button solution that can take away the pains.
