3ds Max UI

Hello all :)

I'm having a nightmare...I tried loading some custom UI for max and later on I decided it sucks so I changed it to default. But every time I run max that old UI gets on and some nasty toolbars appear.

I ran max with admin rights and changed UI to default and restated it and same problem.

I don't know what to do...
